Look at what they're doing for APs out in Hollywood...

There's a LOT more money to be made in 1 day tickets. Maybe APs will get $10 off admission or something.

Out of necessity. It's a small park that would be swamped with locals otherwise like Disneyland. UOR doesn't have that problem.

And Volcano Bay is a small water theme park that would be swamped with locals if they give away the gate. While UOR doesn't have that problem yet, they keep setting records for crowds and will reach capacity soon. This is a small waterpark (like they all are) so capacity will be lower than a traditional theme park. Even a queue-less system will get overwhelmed, and where will all those people not waiting on lines be if they're not on line?

I think its supposed to be butterflies? Maybe? I thought it was fishes too yesterday, but after replaying eight-thousand times I settled on butterflies.

What video, what time in the video? I don't see fish or butterflies... Are you people screwing with me?

Took me some hunting as well. First look video about 34 seconds in you can see some yellow creatures either flying by or or floating in that waterfall....I'm voting butterflies flying by.

In the first look video at ~34 sec, in front of the waterfall on right, looks like butterflies:

Thanks Alicia. Yeeeeeeaah, I am not convinced those are fish or butterflies. What would be the point of putting a fish tank behind a waterfall? That, and I am not aware of any fish that jump sideways through waterfalls, just ones that swim up or swim down.

I would quicker think it is a reflection anomaly in the cgi. Regardless, we shall see all about it when it opens.

Thankfully they're focusing on making higher capacity rides and even a third theme park.

OK, those may be butterflies.

I was also noticing in the last shot, that I would be stunned if Cabana Bay doesn't have an entrance into the park. The new towers are in the freakin' park.

Looks like it doesn't it. I wondered that two years ago. Perhaps the towers will be pricey and include unlimited admission to the water park during ones stay?

BTW, can parents drop younger children (8-15) off at a water park and leave them there? I don't know the etiquette and rules of water parks.

Unless blue was burnt to a crisp. There was a staging area fire within the past 7 days.

And they will not be connected to the hotels. This is a set of slides that I have known about for two years... and it has not changed design.

Hopefully they weren't, don't think those large blue slide prices were ever seen in the storage area anyway. Either way I'm just hoping they go up along with the green ones.

As for the connection to hotels that just made me laugh, it wasn't me who stated that but it was amusing to read.

I find it shocking that this would be that close to the hotel, especially the new towers, and not have a special entrance. Especially when resorts with water parks or water park access are more than ever now a thing.

I'm pretty sure the slide pieces that were damaged were for the watercoaster.

Can they really make them super pricey without having amenities like a full-service restaurant and concierge and such?

I love everything about the design and attractions within the park. My only tiny gripe is that I wish there was more rockwork with caves and such surrounding the perimeters of the park as well. It would really feel as though u are in a 'bay' or cove, like a more enclosed from the outside world intimate like feel. But until more details are released, I'm diggin what the park offers as a whole.

VB is similar in size to the WDW water parks, so I don't think it'll be botique but will be more high end experience. Plus they already stated it'll have freakin concierge service.
