As far as storyline for the Phantom/Drac house, maybe Christine is kidnapped by Drac and the Brides, intending to turn her. Then we have the Phantom to the rescue!

“To the rescue” I’ve only seen one version of the phantom and I don’t think he should be painted in too positive of a light. He’s not like Frankenstein or creature where he’s misunderstood phantom is genuinely a monster on the inside too.

I don’t think he would be for saving Christine as the whole movie is about how he wants to “save” her.

PURE SPEC - there are ways to present the characters without making it seems like a repeat or derivative of the IP. Personally, I’m expecting it to be more of a period-house, potentially a Victorian Christmas inspired. Or they go even further back, giving it the storybook treatment and it’s an origin story.

Circling back to this, I would honestly be down for a storybook treatment with Krampus. I absolutely loved that direction/aesthetic with Revenge of the Tooth Fairy, and Krampus could fit well very well with that.

its more than likely that the phantom if involved with dracula is maybe seeking the secret to immortality but in doing so his research leads him to investigate dracula at which point this incurs draculas wrath if its nothing to do with christine.
