What I would like to see is a giant NCC-1701 Starship Enterprise built where Curious George is and have a Sim ride there. It would look like you are taking an elevator up into the ship, but instead the elevator would go down 1 floor and there would be 6 show rooms (the Bridge) off of a circular hall way. Your group of 24 gets off the elevator and you're walked around to the bridge where you go in and there are seats around the back and the entire crew are AAs (Kirk, Spock, Uhura, Sulu, Chekov). You take off to investigate a problem in the outer galaxy and end up in a 3 min battle with Romulans. Kirk kicks ass, and you're back on earth 2 mins later. During the ride the whole bridge shakes and moves with in room steam and sparking effects.

That would be freaking amazing!

I still think a Star Trek version of the space ride in Japan would be insanely amazing. I mean the possibilities with a ST ride like that would be endless. Or the other option I love would be an indoor coaster similar to the Aerosmith coaster. I'm not a huge fan of the ST land idea, but we have been throwing the SCI FI city idea out there forever, and I would prefer that over just a ST land. And some other attraction options could be: Godzilla, Alien/Predator, Gravity, TMNT, Planet of the Apes or maybe even Interstellar when it comes out? But probably not Gravity because it's too similar to ST and so is Apes with Kong. So I could definitely see MIB, Star Trek, Godzilla, Alien and TMNT as a group of rides in Sci Fi city! One of my dream rides is a E-ticket TMNT dark ride. That's my childhood right there and I would DIE lol A theme park with Harry Potter and TMNT rides? Universal you OWN me! Also wouldn't it be insane if the Kong attraction turned out to be Kong vs. Zilla: The Ride?! I know that's never going to happen and doesn't make much sense at this point but the thought of it just blows my mind haha

Around the time of Disney's Avatar announcement I heard a few jokes about Universal working with James Cameron on a replacement for T2:3D that involved a lot of water. Titanic.

lol! Although that would be totally morbid to have a theme park attraction based on one of the most infamous disasters of all time, I would DEFINITELY wait in line for that! I can see it now; guests board lifeboats and experience a reenactment of the sinking (complete with bland dialogue and historical inaccuracies), then exit into a gift shop while Celine Dion SCREAM-sings into their faces.

Twister replacement right there.

Are you a local down here? There are billboards all over the place for Titanic the Experience!!

And the actual Titanic Experience gift shop plays the soundtrack...plenty of chances to hear Celine Dion there!

OMG what!? lol That is hysterical. No, I live in LA now, but I used to live in Winter Park a while ago. I definitely missed out! *warbles celine dion song*

I was thinking the same but instead of AAs, probably projection/Pepper's Ghost technology.

I'd shoot myself in the face within a week if I worked in that gift shop.
