I don't want to feel special; I want to get the feeling that they know what they're doing and that the whole park isn't a big pressure cooker looking to blow.^ I have mentioned it many, many times, and I've actually said to GR that they can build as many new attractions as they want, but if they don't improve their customer service in multiple areas, it won't matter, as the guest wants to also feel special.
