Yeah it was considerably better than I thought it would be. It definitely felt like Terminator 2 at times, though I feel like that worked in it's favor. Looked amazing in 3D. Really enjoyed it.

I was bored.

Visually appealing and great soundtrack (thanks to NiN). But for me, I need interesting characters and story for me to be engaged.

This in IMAX 3D felt like a theme park attraction. That's how immersive it was. The NIN score & those visuals from the opening credits had us all saying wow.

The story was THIN and overall, I also felt it was a little dull but I promise I'd see it again TODAY if I could. It's that cool looking. This would be the demo disc of all demo discs when the 4K releases.

Its a great two hour music video

The action scenes are mostly pretty great and I thought the main character Ares was an interesting idea but you could kill the rest of the cast and I would not care no other character's was really interesting all felt like one note ideas or characters

For me its the weakest story/writing of the three main movies but I will say its most a good vibes with some drinks, but too long for the basic story it had could have lost 30 mins to make the pacing better

I dont hate it but also think its mostly flair with nothing underneath, not saying you can't enjoy it I mostly did but I also see its not really a full idea of a movie mostly based on the visuals

I'll see you all again in 15 years when they reboot it again and forget most movies need a good script to go with the action to become a big hit...unless your like Jurassic then you can just make crap and still make millions of dollars for some reason

Anyway if your looking for a 2 hour long music video with cool action, set on in to the grid but just dont think it goes much deeper then that.

Also No Tron? Then take his name from the title, like Tron was not in the film once and they had many scenes I thought...here he comes and nothing. Not against them doing movies on new Characters but change the name if Tron is dead and not coming back
