Wow, the DK area will be open next month on December 11!

I was not expecting the talking Cranky animatronic...definitely looking forward to how he sounds in the English/EU version of the land. The fact that he's just straight up speaking now is surreal with how unprecedented it is (well, aside from the DKC CGI cartoon from back then).

The DK costume also looks really impressive.

The queue of the DK roller coaster looks hella awesome, reminds me a bit of the Jaguar queue from Knott's Berry Farm, but with the added animatronics of Cranky on the side.

I think I'd really enjoy that DK Crush Sundae if I was in Japan, unfortunately it'll probably have twice as much sugar here in the States.

As a lifelong Donkey Kong fan, it's a dream to see this land fully realized. I'll definitely head here first when I get a chance to visit Epic.

Okay, I don’t love saying this as I try not to genuinely compare to the two companies back and forth or this or that, however.

I say this as the highest theme park compliment, it feels like it belongs at Magic Kingdom or Disneyland as a main draw. Universal continues to out Disney, Disney. Land looks phenomenal.

Does anyone know/remember when Mario Kart got added to express at USJ?

Going in late December and trying to figure our if they'll add a tier with DK or if its pointless to wait

He kind of does look like something out of an 90's era puppet, it's oddly fascinating for me.

No tier added this year....they just have a solo express pass for the ride until the 31. The other passes with tier have it in January. I looked at VIP tour and they did not add donkey kong to any as of today.

I'm sorry but most lands based on Universal IPs up until epic universe were just no where near this....Potter is not universal IP as well


Epic is showing me Universal can do amazing work with there own stuff but before this point it was Nintendo and Potter which were pushing for just next level kinda lands

I would in a second take out transfomers and mummy at USH for this....capacty be dammed because this is just next gen stuff not a 3D ride and a very old coaster that they let become a shell of its former self

But anyone I'm done, I know it wont happen but I hope seeing this land...people at least understand where im coming from

Based on the speed the vehicles are traversing in the station... each vehicle will be approx. 15 seconds apart. About 960 an hour.

I appreciate them making the best and most unique ride experience possible, but this will have veryyyyy long wait times.
