Nice to have you back Alicia!

This picture is a true example of how close the ride comes to the JP path. awhen's pictures of the track, while very much appreciated were super high zoom which flattens reality. The ride path is quite large and the curve much bigger than it appeared. Really close to both the ride track and the JP path is the extended queue. That queue should be able to hear the ride vehicles passing by as they will be standing right next to the wall below.

Yea, the extended outdoor queue wraps around the outdoor track path. And that path comes real close to the existing walkway. What I thought was neat is the concrete path for the ride is bumpy and lumpy. Definitely not flat.

2016 blackout dates should tell us roughly when to expect Kong (and Hulk opening), hopefully a week or two of softs so I can still ride this before the blackout begins.

Cool. Hopefully both Kong and Hulk will have a passholder preview like they had with Transformers.

Well hopefully they will get one of the ride vehicles on track and cycling before January! (I am pointing my finger at YOU Universal Creative). I don't want to hear whining about fog or fire screwing up sensors in May! Grrrrrrrrr!

Don't know how solid the info is, but heard some whispers last weekend that the inside is basically done, and that all they need to do is get a move on with the outside and testing can start

I just heard yesterday that general contractors are way behind. The new covered queue being built should have been done over a month ago.

It's been pretty rainy the past month or so. I wonder if that is playing a factor?

Is there any reason they can't just start testing inside, especially if one of the features of this new attraction is supposed to be that they can bypass the outdoor section of track once the weather gets bad outside?

No reason at all and a solution I hadn't thought of. That way they can rotate the vehicles back to charging stations. This would also allow them to put a machine in that isn't yet fully themed. Nifty.

Yea, if that information is in any way legit, there's no reason they couldn't already be testing

There are a few reasons they cannot begin testing yet... at all. I will know within a few days if they are testing and I will try to let all of you know (if is an inside thing). If it is out doors, then... ;)

With all this talk of testing, does this mean all RVs are on site?

I can only imagine what the reaction online will be the first time someone posts a video of the RV cycling outside.

I imagine it will be like this:
:jaw::jaw::jaw::jaw::jaw::jaw::jaw:
Someone needs to hide in Camp Jurassic until after closing and track the outside part of the ride for us!

One of them might be but that is unclear to me. I kinda feel confident saying that one of them or parts of one of them is in the Orlando area. Is one of the sound stages in lock down right now? I know that a few here know exactly what lock down looks like so pm me if you have seen hints of it.

If I recall correctly, they're not using one of them for Halloween Horror Nights that they usually do, the one that Walking Dead was in last year.

Last year was the first time they used that soundstage for HHN.
