No. If you can afford Express, I highly recommend it.

I agree with the above posters. I did Ministry my first 3 times in Single Rider which skips almost everything. On my 4th ride, I did the full queue and there was very little else to see. The only really good room was the final room before the stairs with the house-elf animatronic.

When people talk about the impressive room, they're mainly talking about the main room - which you can visit even without going on the ride.

Last Tuesday I did DK at RD, Then Hiccups twice, then went to Dark Universe just as it opened and did Werewolf and MU, then got in a 30 minute Stardust line.
For reference, DK, MK and Ministry all were down during RD, with DK having only a 10-15 minute delay the others >30 minutes.

We are not staying onsite so do not have early access to rides at EPIC.
Would we still be able to enter EPIC before official general opening time and go for breakfast at Wizarding Paris?

Pretty sure the answer is no, you will be let in the main area but they usually have the lands blocked off without a pass.

You can't get that far without showing a room key. You get directed left past the stores, and the room key check is before you even get to Atlantic. The best you could do without EPA is possibly Starbucks, to the right instead; I think you can get that far.

OH! The last time i was there(August), they only had the portals roped off, maybe 10-15 feet in front of each. Interesting!

Me and my group decided to pull the trigger and get express. Wallet stings a little bit but if I want to comfortably do everything in one day, I’m going to have a better time. April 14th can’t come soon enough!
