And not to be negative, but I think I like Universal Orlando's version of the logo a bit better.

Next big announcement from Universal will be a redo of the CityWalk logo. I'm not falling for this nonsense anymore.

HAHAHA WE GOT TROLLED. I seriously saw that video was posted and continued to look for a live stream of some sort, thinking that couldn't possibly be it.

Something just looks a little off about it. Maybe the globe is too small for the letters. I don't know. Just my preference. Anyone else think this?

^ The bend on Hollywood doesn't seem to match the bend on Universal Studios. I'm assuming it does on paper, but it looks odd fleshed out.
I'm not a fan of the font on our new logo. I really don't know why, but I agree with GoHawks too. Universal Orlando's looks much better in my opinion.

With the recent pass changes and today's announcement, I wonder if Universal is truly out of touch with their fans. It's almost as if they don't want you to like the place.
God if the utter failure of the announcement was sad enough, the new logo is pretty godawful as well.
A small part of me hangs on to the desperate hope that a certain announcement of a certain hotel seemingly fell through and Universal quickly came up with this and hoped that Volcano Bay and Frozen Ever After would siphon off any possible bad press. It seems to have worked if that was the intent, but sadly there is still us.
