I wonder if this is just a static figure or a fully realized animatronic…?

It looks like a static figure with motion capabilities to crank the launch mechanism. It's possible at least his head is minimally animatronic for "launch dialogue".

Yeah, probably can’t expect much more than that from that figure, but that will still be cool.

Dragons make some amount of sense in every land imo, what with all their weirdo lizards.

That's fine, will be a "weenie" for the park. Will be a heck of a sight seeing it fly around.

I think it's fine to see "into" the skylines of each land from Celestial Park, but not the other way around. That sort of "leak" into other worlds is unfortunately expected.

Yeah I think flying dragons is very much worth it even if it bleeds into the main park a little. It actually gives you a taste of the land that is over there.

That is cool. My daughter was amazed. She asked, "How? Dragons should not be flying. That isn't a kite, the wings and movement are so smooth." She was shocked, excited, etc. This land will be her dream, she is 13 and SUPER into dragons. Has read tons of books based around dragons like Wings of Fire, watched all the HTTYD movies, shows, and read all the books. She wasn't expecting flying dragons never the less ones that look like that.
