Total shot in the dark here, but I wonder if that "Unknown IP" is going to be Blumhouse. Interesting that it's going in the smallet venue in Florida, but the biggest venue in Hollywood....assuming it's shared, which I imagine it is.

HNN is usually good with nailing certain IPs/originals (not always, but still decent) but when it comes to the locations they're typically very wrong, so I wouldn't be surprised if that "Unknown IP" is actually going into a SS in Orlando.

I know it's been debunked but there's not an obvious Blumhouse IP and "pie" would've fit FN@F well (if a little too well). Maybe negotiations broke down after code names were assigned? Would explain why a dual-coast IP still unknown.
