I think we are still getting some form of a chucky maze it could even be child play or even a IP original again. Since we should be seeing at lest 2 or the 3 titan of terrors returning. That is if this rumor is true.

It’s good to be back.

Here are my thoughts that almost echo everyone else’s.

Popular/Upcoming: The Last of Us 2. Whether it’s going to based off Part 2 or a continuation from Pittsburgh, Neil Druckman is likely to be down with working HHN again, and with a how popular the show is, chances are very high. Plus, I think remember Murdy has stated how much he liked working with Druckman, so it makes everything much easier.

UCM: If Universal wants to continue the Classic Monsters even with Dark Universe around,
then I want to say Creature of The Black Lagoon but costume and budget issues like Murdy stated make it less likely. Perhaps a continuation of Eternal Bloodlines?

Slasher: I think it’s time for either Freddy or Jason to make a comeback. Jason seems more likelier with the Peacock series. However my personal wishlist is that they do Jason X for the sake of the sheer campiness.

Blumhouse: MEGAN. After Terror Tram, I definitely see a possible solo maze with this film or another HoB maze that features her this time.

Latin America Legends: I’m definitely counting on another Monstrous to complete the trilogy like others are saying. I’ll just call it Monstrous 3: The Horrors of Latin America. Murdy has even asked what legends they would like to see, which makes it seem likelier. OR, it could be another solo maze like La Llorona.

Orlando Original + Terror Tram: No doubt another Orlando original is coming. I’m not sure which of course, but an idea that I had was Slaughter Cinema becoming part of the Terror Tram as a way to tie in the filmmaking aspect with horror. I’ll call this one Slaugher Cinema: Behind the Screams! It’s quite similar to Scream Terror Tram minus Ghostface, but it would be interesting to see an Orlando original combined with the unique aspect of HHN Hollywood.

AA/Puppet Heavy House: Another obligatory The Thing guess, and after A Quiet Place, I still want to see it, though it’s probably less likely unless the budget is good enough.

IP exclusive: Do not have any clue to guess. Another music maze seems less likely. I am counting on the IP exclusive to be a returning maze that hasn’t been done in SO long. Even if The Last of Us fills in the video game IP, I do hope that it’s Silent Hill considering how much Murdy has expressed interest in coming back to it.

Not sure why Death-Eaters didn’t make it this year, but likely that they’ll come back?

A few things I would not mind seeing in 2025

1) Last of Us House
2) Crowz Returning as a Scare Zone...or Maybe as part of the Terror Tram
3) Blumhouse as a Scare Zone (love Blum house but don't think we need another house)
4) Five Nights at Freddy.....a show..meet and greet...house I don't care what just something
5) If for some reason they take a break on Classic Monster houses then please give them a scarezone or show
6) Another Mini House/Maze. Back in the day they had a small little walktrhough lasted maybve a minute or two but this is how Hoildays in hell was about to be tested then made into a house. So would not mind them doing another mini house again

For Ops
1) less focus on express (just let them wait 5 mins if need be and stop only letting them go until the line is empty...it just sucks for everyone else)
2) Keep having houses open for EA at two different locations, seems to have worked well for crowds
3) Keep two shows, they eat up people and are something else to do other then houses
4) Have SNW open for everyone or SLOP, something to allow more people to be spread out
5) Also would not mind Death Eaters back, even if only for a few hours.

Jerrod makes a good point. Will we see SNW a priced out exclusive again? They need to incorporate it with the rest of the park.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, Nintendo will not allow it. This stinks because SNW can potentially be Universal Studios Hollywood's "Island under Siege" scare zone from HHN 2002. SNW could follow the storyline of Mario and his pals being imprisoned and Bowser ruling over the Mushroom Kingdom. Then you have some scary music from Nintendo games, and I would love to see the Eating Piano from SM64 show up.

A few thoughts that I haven't seen pop up yet (forgive me if they have and I didn't notice):

For a while, it was speculated Murdy was getting really to leave. I know he already posted that he was working on specs for next year, but how much longer do we think he will be around? I thought he once mentioned that going back and forth from Ireland, as well as his family, was making it difficult for him. And when the day comes that he does leave, who will be replacing him?

Also, any other updates on possibilities for Hellraiser? And is Scream still off the table, rights-wise?

Lastly... and I keep saying this every year... but we need some Asian horror houses. So long overdue.

I assume around February of next year or even March. We are on our own for this speculation season for the time being sadly.

Probably around February or March at least, given the fact HHN 2024 recently ended and the speculation season's already started.

There is no truth to this. I’m speaking only in terms of the land being open with no linkage to HHN.

I absolutely love this idea. It would be incredibly meta. Sounds amazing

Crowz had merch, so I assume they'll get more of a presence. Maybe the opening zone. Perhaps even a house?

This is admittedly a good element due to the inclusion of SNW to Fan Fest Nights. While we have till April to see, I wonder if SNW is being used for FFN to act as a bypass to get people to SS12 (and to not use the JW Extended Queue as a holding area for that venue). If it's being used as a bypass to get people to SS12 like how Hogsmeade has been with the Death Eaters; then I think we will see SNW used for HHN if it acts in a similar way.

I think SNW will be open if we're going by the pattern of "exclusive one or two years, wide open the next." Popularity will have decreased. And I think the Express crowds showed that it really wasn't that popular, the ride was a walk on pretty much at all times. And there's A LOT of Express people.

If nothing else, I wouldn't mind having the SNW bathrooms open for HHN. It's crazy that if you were in line for TCM (or last year, Exorcist: Believer and Holidayz), the nearest bathroom was way back by Jurassic. I'm so surprised more people don't complain about that.

Quickest solution is just to have more portable restrooms by the T-pad area.

I wonder what the odds are for Terrifier this year. You have the creator wanting to do the house, the last one just broke into the mainstream, and then Aiello wanting to do it.

Then I think it is a STRONG possibility next year. I think that will fulfill the event’s slasher quota next year.

Which is what I suggested last year. But yet again, they didn't do it.

I can't imagine drinking, standing in a 60+ minute line, and then be told the only bathroom is half-way across the park. Just shocking more people don't complain about that. If they keep doing mazes back there, they're really going to have to consider that.
