A Halloween 3 house true to the movie....but the "post house scare" that comes out from the black curtains at the end to be Michael would be awesome, unexpected, and shouldn't upset the purists too much as Michael is still out there somewhere as he comes back for the next 37 sequels.
Also, a true original set in the Halloweeniverse could be interesting. Like Michael Vs Silver Shamrock. You have the masks killing people, and then a mask is killing a Michael victim right before he can make the kill himself and he gets pissed someone is stealing his thunder, so the second half of the house is him going to the factory and just slaughtering all the Silver Shamrock employees with the song playing on a non stop loop. Interesting kills like Michael coming up behind and employee and putting a mask on them (it would have to be like a big mascot head to have the scareactor repeatedly be able to do it) and the employing screaming and grabbing at his face. The scares could be Silver Shamrock employees with the masks on with some rubber cockroaches by the eyes and stuff. Have a room with all kinds of creepycrawlies covering the floors and walls and a few dead employees with a strobe effect from different angles so they almost appear to be moving.
I wouldn't mind either this year, but doubt it will happen. Especially if there are rumors of talking to a company about their IPs as this should be an easy one to pull off rights wise. If Hollywood still does the house this year and there's not a big let down with no/very little Michael in the house, then I could see Orlando doing their version of it for 31.
