like I said, just marketing. The majority of folks will probably eat and leave. Of course, I could be wrong, but I doubt it would be some exclusive place.

Here is a "social" bar in Las Olas I've been too....it's basically designed for you to "hang out" at. not just go for dinner.

HEY I LIVE 9 BLOCKS FROM THIS PLACE! @rhino4evr are you from Fort Lauderdale? I live in Victoria Park, a neighborhood that borders Las Olas.

I stay away from American Social though.. it's a FSU bar, not my favorite people to be around. They do have a great brunch though

I'm looking at pricing and it looks like they are pricing VB single day prices the same prices as USF and IOA single-day. As @Dan B says above, they seem to really be pushing the "value" of a 3-day ticket.

Of course for the money people spend for a 3-day ticket I could buy an AP.

Given The Hogwarts Express requires a park to park ticket, I don't understand why they would sell anything but that.

These people are out of their minds. $105 for 1 day at a waterpark?! I don't care how they market it, it's a water park.

Early Park Admission◊ to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ and Universal’s Volcano Bay™ (starting June 1, 2017) one hour before the park opens (valid theme park admission required).

Those 5 day passes are still cheaper than a 4 day hopper at Disney and make more sense than a 3 day pass at UOR

Were the prices for 1-day posted or is this just postulating? I can see prices more around $90 than $105, but then again with the park not seeming to restrain guests on a day-specific basis for the 3-day tickets, they may just have to go to the premium.

Personally I think they will. Old passes use to say they were for admission to IOA and USF, new passes no longer say that. The huge jump in price (especially for power) also suggests it will be included. Plus, if it is pushed as a third theme park, I can't see why it would not be included.

LOL...no, I live up in Palm Beach county, near Wellington, but I grew up in Coral Springs, so I 've been to Las Olas a lot. I've only been to American Social a couple times. Overpriced and overcrowded, not unlike most places on Las Olas.

Also, My wife and I graduated from FSU..so you probably shouldn't have added that last part..LOL.

Price is about what I expected. They weren't kidding when they marketed this as their "Third Park". They are spending a lot of money on this place.

Speaking of price. I am going to be in Orlando this weekend for my B-day, and decided to look at theme park pricing. We are going to Lego land (my daughter is the perfect age (6), and I have a Free Kids Ticket)....but I decided to look at the cost of tickets at Disney and UOR. To my surprise. Universal was actually MORE expensive than Disney, and this is based off "normal" period pricing, not value. Of course Peak pricing spikes the difference, but I was really surprised that Disney would actually be cheaper....

Here is the UO blog post about VB tickets. Didn't see one day pricing but a three day multi park including VB is only $40 more. UO is not looking for one day one park guests.
