I haven't.... and I wish I hadn't posted that line because every time I see it I go into hysterics. Like right now. (five minutes later, literally) so, no haven't seen it. Just don't post it to me if it puts those two words in a row.

However LC was basically 3 islands in one.

Your point being that this still shouldn't happen because LC was special? You have said that Potter shouldn't be larger than any other section of the park. Adding a small (and I mean small) London part and then having Diagon Alley (not so small) would only be adding one extra "mini" island... And barely because London would be an "extra mini" island xD

Hey Teebs, I'm not surprised that your sources are dry up right now, if there are plans of expansion, the fact that ANY information has leaked this early is probably pissing off the crap out of UO  But again those surveys were a clear indication of their intentions.

But I've said it before, I can understand how all of LC could be taken over and replaced, but I'm going to stick to my guns here and say only the arabian sections gets taken over. There is nothing in the Potter books remotely close to a site down restaurant, and to make two self service restaurants in the same area would be befuddling, especially if they pretty much serve the same food.

Logic leans towards the expansion of WW into the arabian section, and leaving the current arch in place there that leads from the PF and Mythos part to the arabian.

My theory for the transtion from Diagon Alley TO Hogsmeade's current gate would be a tunnel/fireplace, with smoke and mist and lights that you walk through (the Floo Network) and there you go.

If not, its a magical world, they can imagine something and bring it to life, because its "magic" and its a theme park

The crystal ball woman in the potter films. She is either looking at Hermione's tea leaves and tells Hermione that she sees a "cold dried withering bosom" or something like that. It is delivered brilliantly.

Here is the quote you're looking for Teebs:

Hermione: [gazing at a crystal ball] Can I give it a try?
Professor Trelawney: Yes, sure!
Hermione: The grim. Possibly.
Professor Trelawney: You know, my dear, the moment I looked into your eyes I knew that you did not have the mind for the noble art of Divination.
[looking at her palm]
Professor Trelawney: See? Right here. You may be young in years but the heart that beats beneath your bosom is as shriveled as an old maid's, your soul as dry as the pages of the books to which you so desperately cleave.
[Hermione gets up and leaves, angrily]
Professor Trelawney: Have I said something?

I guess since this is a WWOHP thread, talking about Hermione's bosom was inevitable.

Wait...what?

She's a pretty funny actress and she plays "quirky" very well. Anyone remember her in Junior with Ahnold

Ok OK, lets :focus:

I just have a hunch that Sinbad will be gone right after January, and if that happens, this Phase 2 project is full steam ahead.

I'm glad they made her character less obnoxious from the first few films.

Does anybody else have theories on what would be included in Phase II? I've heard some interesting propositions but I can't really picture them being implemented. The only little experience I thought they could do is a broom shop, where guests could test out a broom. Other than that, I don't know of a strong aspect of Harry Potter's world that would improve upon or even nicely complement what has been done. Please prove me wrong because I'd like to see some more Potter.

I honestly think it'll be Gringott's.

A Gringott's ride would be doable but I doubt it'd be a coaster, unless the carts in the book are much faster than the ones in the movie. Four coasters in one section of a theme park is a bit much.

Right, I'm sure all those thousands of HP fans aren't all roller coaster fans, too.

@Teebin - Are the two words "Potter" and "Musical?"

Yes, but an indoor coaster does not have to be ala Mummy or RnR, it could be similar to the Dark Knight coaster or something along those lines, but of course better than TDKC I would hope in themeing. An indoor Wild Mouse coaster I think would suffice in my opinion. Tame enough for kids, but fun enough for adults.

The Gringott's carts go pretty fast. Have you seen the trailer for the new movie?

I mentioned it in a previous post, but it was a pretty long one, so some people may have skipped it or skimmed it (I do that sometimes), but I had an idea that they could do something similar to the new King Kong 3D at USH with Gringotts except the 3D screen could be 360 AND a full dome. With the dragon from the Deathly Hallows trailer and everything, it could be pretty cool.

(I also had an idea for the restaurant if you want to look back.)

EDIT: a full dome because the carts are open-air.

Think these numbers will have an affect on the possible expansion? http://www.orlandounited.com/forums...6-percent-attendance-gain&p=146018#post146018
