Three big takeaways from the latest updates
1) That Tiki on the far left- his chin "piercings" are the hooks to the cabling holding up that bridge. Awesome!
2) The kids area is out of this world. It's HUGE- so glad they went all out with that area.
3) The restaurant is right by the entrance- which would make sense as they will be able to accommodate those wanting to see the volcano/show, without having to trek through a water park in the process.

I think the kids area looks awesome. I think that will be the thing that brings the families back.

I'm a little jealous of my future kids getting to play innit.

I wonder why they drained the pool for the two raft slides next to I4? Something in regards to installing the geysers maybe?

Also, the fearless river is getting its treated water. Can't wait to see the waves being tested.

Good to see the Ohya and Ohno drop slides have water flowing. I am excited for those two little slides. Its rare to see those types of drops at the ends of slides these days. I believe the small pool next to them is a kids/toddler pool with statues that will spit water.

Everything is filling in nicely. Lots to do in 4 weeks but its all looking good!

Figured as much. Just didn't understand why they had it there being so small and being away from the kids area.

I don't think this will be ready on time. If they do open it, it'll be Sapphire Falls all over again. If it's not ready, it shouldn't be open. This isn't a land, it's an entire park so its will be extremely poor for them to deliver a product that isn't complete to their paying guests.

Does that make it okay? If I was around during that time I'd say the same thing. That's that "he didn't stop at a red light, so that means I don't have to" mentality.

Bet they take a run at it, they have nearly 30 days to go and it is coming together every day. 24/7 will get a bunch of work done.
