Welp, my pass renews in December, but my girlfriend already renewed hers last month. Now we can't do Volcano Bay together unless I buy single day tickets? Hope guest services can work something out or refund her...

EDIT: we have friends coming to VB Wednesday too and planned to get passes so they could return in February. Ugh this sucks.

Sorry to hear! I'd call sooner rather than later, as they'll probably be more inclined to rectify your issue.

I'm really hoping it's next week, but would be shocked to see them activate Epic-inclusive APs for the busy holiday season. I would have imagined they would wait until the 2nd-3rd week of January.

Aren't UOR parks (that aren't Epic) seeing lower attendance?

Strange time to stop selling a pass, that you assume is bringing people to the resort more

Well, it’s more about Volcano Bay not being accessible for almost 6 months next year and, seemingly, hitting reset when the time to add Epic comes.

I hope they do offer another kind of pass to replace this

It being closed most the year for me isn't much of a reason Six Flags and Knotts does that with water parks and I still see the value of it on my pass

SF/Knotts are in colder climates... where as the water parks in Orlando only close occasionally during cold fronts.

It's just easier for them to stop selling the pass entirely than dealing with irate guests at guest relations.

I have a 3 Park Pass that expires next year... will they let you renew at a discounted renewal rate for the 2 park pass? I wasn't allowed to this past year... so I'd imagine they'll say yes this time.

Does anyone have any idea how they’ll be handling FlexPay passes (every month is technically a renewal after the initial year period)? No mention of it in the article here, and can’t seem to find anything with a quick skim on Universal’s site.

Your renewal date is when you first started the contract.
