I miss it. I've wondered if it was a likeness issue, with the owners of the real sign in SF no longer allowing it to be permitted to be used. (Or requiring a likeness fee.)

It was gone before then I think. Although I could be remembering wrong. But they did put the flying fish show near where it was after HHN ended last year.

So far all I've heard is that the queue was reconfigured within the forest.

As I don't know if this relates to Super Nintendo World or Horror Nights prep, walls are up surrounding a portion of the ET Outdoor queue.

I wouldn't think so, and that it sounds like the marketing will be staggered up so it could make sense that they are beginning to reroute plumbing so that, by the time Horrah wraps in November; they could close Woody Woodpecker/Fivel and Curious George while having Barney and Animal Actors last till January.
