I see Madagascar, Shrek, Camp Cretaceous, Trolls, and possibly Dragons, but no Illumination. Also, the clouds in the plaza look very reminiscent of the clouds used in the DreamWorks logo.

You know, that is a very good point. This is more like a premium Legoland rather than a Six Flags competitor (I see zero coasters). Plus, Six Flags has already been shooting themselves in the foot, haha.

The HHN Las Vegas thing also look out of the Merlin Entertainment Group textbook. They have their Dungeon attractions, Universal develops a HHN concept. Both of these concepts, if successful are for the local market and could be spreading worldwide. It's clear Comcast isn't done with their theme park pillar and is planning to make it bigger and better.
