I'm not a fan of the tacky "scare cam" video footage. It's terrible "filler", even worse when unrelated to the announcement (which had 2 coasts to pull footage from). Then the repetitive concept art unrelated to the house. But as you said- "flashy PR video"

I still have yet to watch this movie, but my desire to do so just doesn't exist lol. Still crazy they went with this as one of the houses. Sadly relying on the ORIGINAL Exorcist fame/nostalgia/legacy.
