maybe some way to talk about this ride in a more general thread but with fully open spoilers because it's gonna be impossible to talk about it without mentioning spoilers on the questions themselves or the speculation on things not working or possible fixes to things being down like the animatronics

There's no reason to. I don't mind questions, but we were getting into a specific "Let's find out everything about the ride" type of deal - which is why I made the comment.

As Brian just said, we need to pull back on the questions, especially ones like this with limited utility. You obviously will not be able to touch the animatronics, but given the nature of the attraction and what we've seen them accomplish using Forbidden Journey's ride system, I think it's fair to say you will get alarmingly close.

So here's the thing:

This is all predicated on Team Members and what they are willing to share - and with Universal being very serious about what gets out, not all Team Members are willing to divulge much beyond what they feel comfortable with. In short, the TMs aren't our monkeys.

Again, questions aren't the issues; it's the specificities of some of the questions and that it's reliant on TM participation.

There will already be an influx of reviews and threads coming in shortly as more and more people can experience Epic Universe; the last thing I want to do is have an additional thread for our moderators to police because a few people want a very specific set of spoilers.

Apologize if I am not understanding correctly but the q and a type questions should be in the dark universe general discussion thread right? The mod here seemed to get upset about it while not actually directing people to the right place.

Also as the park opens it seems really obvious there will be a ton of these questions and new threads. Correct me if I am wrong but isn't it normal on users in mature forum site to just make their own threads accordingly for new topics that don't fit the current discussion. I mean I can make a post myself technically here.

I imagine a general question and answer thread would be needed if not more specific to lands or the resort as we get closer to opening.
