I’m actually excited to see how this turns out.

Any new spaces being created to add to the existing MK fabric is great in my opinion.

I'm intrigued by the animatronic bird, the ship-in-a-bottle gag and what appears to be an actor standing on the table. If this truly is a "mini Adventurers Club," effectively a 45-minute show with overpriced booze, it definitely has potential. Assuming it isn't value-engineered into Oga's 2.0.

I unfortunately think this will become similar to Oga's. Oga's, is still busy and doing significant sales of sugary drinks.

It’s highly hinted that the bird is the one that use to be on top of the POTC Queue building greeting guests.

Someone posted a pic on WDWMagic of it in storage. It would be nice for to be repurposed and return to its rightful place in Adventureland.

Wasn't sure where else to post this and didn't really think it warranted its own thread, but Jack and Sally are getting new looks this year. While they look good, I'm a little concerned over whether Jack will now be silent.

Depending on circumstances, it could be down for even longer than that. We don't really have any idea of the timeline for Villains Land construction right now...

Disney seems ambitious to complete this as soon as possible... a 4-5 year build is possible. They did clarify that everything announced last D23 would open in 5 years.

I'm glad somebody probably fought for the train to be at least partially operational (because you know Disney's preference probably would have been to close it entirely), but man... the thing just opened back up after TRON! To have it be compromised for another five years (optimistically?) is a real bummer.

Hopefully Destination D23 2025 will give us at least an idea of the types of attractions Villains land will have.

Wasn't sure where else to post this and didn't really think it warranted its own thread, but Jack and Sally are getting new looks this year. While they look good, I'm a little concerned over whether Jack will now be silent.

This is a terrific improvement. The Jack performers really nail the role every year, but the experience has always been let down by an unfortunately crummy looking mask that never properly transitions into the performers head. Always made him look weirdly pointy at the bottom, and with a consistently visible seam too. This looks far, far better.

We're leaving for our WDW Vacation tomorrow. Looking at Touring Plans, the standby lines are still very comfortable. When we took the girls last June, lines were short for the most part, with no need for Lightening Lane purchases. That crackdown on the disability fraud thirteen months ago has made the parks so much more comfortable to tour. That, with less summer visitors now, makes for some great line times. Touring Plans, who does in depth real time crowd line analytics of the parks, made an interesting statement yesterday. According to the TP actual line numbers, "on average, wait times in the final half of June are roughly half of what they were during the same time in 2017, when WDW summer travel peaked". ....and, its just not only summer. WDW line times, especially MK, have been much shorter for the past 13 months. Touring Plans is going to revise their expected crowd levels due to the large drop vs. historical averages.

Thank you. We super enjoyed our visit last year, so I expect the same. WDW has answered Universal with some really good attraction and land additions as a response to the even greater Potter lands. We're staying at French Quarter. We love that resort. It has a Universal feel to it. ....Then, in November, a super long 17 day vacation to Universal.
