Nah, it's probably just that track piece. Most of the s-bend supports aren't in yet.

They redid sections of the downstairs area about 2 to 3 years ago. Have you been there since the refurb?

My last visit was 2016 or 2018, these trips tend to blend together. It was probably 2016 though.

What did they do in the refurb?

They redid the dino area, with the big dino's....and then by the exit to the lower entrance, on the right, they redid that entire area. The Nursery was the only area that appeared untouched.

I'll need to check that out on my next trip in 2029.

Nowhere close to done yet but it does look like they kept the head on sightline in mind when designing it not going over Hogwarts.

I like how they were super concerned with sightlines for the coaster and Hogwarts, but care less about the showbuilding

Sometimes I feel like they are bipolar

In fairness, the now-gone foliage and trees helped obscure the showbuilding a bit better, especially the line of super tall palm trees that used to be there.

I’m part of “they.”

And I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve always had an issue with that show building.

Samesies, and don’t get me started on the back of that volcano. Can you imagine if Cinderella’s Castle was only half done?

I could go on and on about my issues with certain show buildings, but I won't, because that would be off-topic. ;)

Let's not get into some petty argument and keep to the topic at hand.

?

I didn’t realize I was having an argument.

Oh the magic of the internet where because you can’t actually hear the tone the person is using to speak you have to fill in the contextual blanks. I love it and hate it.

It's not like we haven't discussed the Hogwarts showbuilding before haha

I don't think that's what he meant...I think it was about the fact that we've discussed it at length in the past

I didn't say you were, nor did I single you out. I simply wanted to shut it down before it turned into unnecessary bickering that we've been through over and over.

I don’t mind up the open back of the volcano but I do mind the exposed steel. It takes away from the natural theming.

To keep this on topic, I hope that Universal hides as much of Potter from within JP as possible. Skipping out on the small details brings down the big details.

I’m hoping that they’re going to be adding a ton of foliage into the land.
