Looks like they painted the fencing and entrance to the new raptor encounter. I'm a little bummed, the red was a cool look.

With the EU news I needed something to look forward to. This does the trick.

Agreed! This is such a pleasant site.

Really great now getting an idea of what the area will look like with track and supports. Goddamn they are fitting so much in a tiny area hahaha.

I think it's going to end up being my third favorite ride in the park, if it all comes together

I've yet to ride Hagrid but I think this is safe to be in my top 3 as well.

Depending on the level of theming, I think there could be a decent chunk of people who could prefer this to Hagrid.

I don't think it's gonna beat Hagrid, which is my current favorite ride anywhere, but I could see it leapfrogging FJ to #3 if done right.

Either way....IOA continues to be one hell of a theme park.

This would have to be one hell of a coaster to knock FJ out of my top three.

FJ has fallen a lot for me, especially since the 4K conversion with the 3D screen scenes that are hilariously out of place without 3D.

Still an incredible attraction, but I think a bigger gulf has formed between it and other things in my Top 5 (Hagrid, Spider-Man, IJA, Rise)

I don't think I'll ever compare it to Hagrid...JP seems to be a coaster for coaster people

I think it will be the best coaster on Universal property, but not the best attraction

Ive always been excited for this coaster but for me to feel like its with the "greats" of IOA I need to see the theming. They certainly have potential for it, gonna be one of the top thrill rides in the country for sure.

I think what’ll be interesting is how much noise this is going to add to JP. The island could be remarkably peaceful, even with the “pop and splash” of JPRA. This is going to add roars and screaming.

Which, ironically, is what JP is all about.

Now we just need to convert Watering Hole into Isla Nu Bar with some actual themed tiki mugs and we'll be in business

Do you know how big that plot of land is? Not that this would ever happen but id love another dining option in JP that isn't Burger Digs. My fault for never trying Thunder Falls though, but a bar w/some snacks or if they're able to squeeze in a restaurant would be soooo dope. There would be a plethora of things to do in JP for anybody of any age.

The plot definitely isn't big enough for a restaurant, but it can definitely be reworked into a more inviting location than what it looks like now. I think either Burger Digs or Thunder Falls should be transformed into a sit down, Thunder Falls could definitely also be given an outdoor lounge bar.
