Agreed. Either it's not going up in time or there's something wrong with it. Maybe it won't breathe fire because it's a hazard?
Perhaps one of your three ideas... although, even that might be an understatement... I am awaiting details.

To clarify, what I posted earlier, has nothing to do with the ride attraction or the queue of the ride attraction. It has to do with something that has not yet been installed and has left many wondering why.

I've heard it pronounced both ways: GRING-GOTTS and GRING-guts.
In the films they tend to say GRING-GOTTS, but for what it's worth, Harry Potter Wiki (I don't know where they got their info) says that it may be derived from the word ingot, which would suggest maybe the other is correct.
I'm going to guess the dragon...although the clock hasn't yet been installed, there's nothing that could possibly be wrong with a clock. But seriously, WHAT ABOUT IT?!?:inquisitive:
Then I'm going with something's wrong with it. Something is REALLY wrong.
But will it have London time or Orlando time????
Perhaps one of your three ideas... although, even that might be an understatement... I am awaiting details.
Wow, the story they just did on WESH had some great video I haven't seen before. Hopefully they post it on their website this evening...
Really nice shots inside the bank lobby as well as in the station with multiple ride vehicles all emitting steam from their stacks.
Thanks for the heads-up! Here's the video from wesh.com.

At :51 is that an animatronic?
^ Yes. (Edit - beaten to it!)
Love the smoke effect on those vehicles. And what a difference a second of footage makes - the depth as Bellatrix walks to the front of that catwalk is brilliant, and was cut off from earlier clips of that scene.
