I think this little stage got lost in the midst of everything else, but it's not where we normally see a stage/platform in New York. It's on 7th ave, between the transformers bar and entrance to that ride.

It's a bit confusing to me too - I'm really curious to see more stuff pop up in here

Or it’s not a graveyard.

The only reason a “graveyard” popped up in spec was because of the Cindy/Caretaker conversation. And considering it looks like Cindy is in something similar to the Carnival Graveyard house, it makes more sense that that’s where the idea came from.
