Next week we'll be seeing the remaining originals announced Monday-Thursday, and on Smackdown next week, the Wyatt Sicks are taking part in a title match, which is pretty big, whether they win or lose. I can see that also being when they announce the house.

Just popping in to say, it feels really nice to actually have a cohesive and well thought out theme this year. 31 is still my favorite year I've done, and I didn't think that theming could ever be topped. If the rumored scare zones are true, I'm not going to say I fully understand how that ties into the theming (other than one, I could see maybe being able to somewhat) but I like that there will be gothic influences throughout. Gothic theming with gargoyles and stained glass was actually the theming I wanted after the traditional Halloween theming from 31, so it's a big plus for me. Tribute store rumor is really weird, I hadn't heard that one and I don't really get why they would go that route while trying to do a cohesive theme. Very curious about another one of the original houses and wondering what it will actually be. It almost sounds like there's another original that might be somewhat theme related too, so I'm wondering if rumors got mixed up on those, or if they are going to both tie in, or how that one is going to operate. Seems like it's possible now at this point that one will be something completely separate from the theming.

Would be interesting if all the originals that are rumored somehow tie into the El Artista concept of artwork that has become possessed or evil.

  [*]Hatchet and Chain is a film, filmography could be considered art.
  [*]The graveyardish house, no idea, I guess that one could be more with just architecture in general and tying into the conservatory style theme, I don't know.
  [*]Vikings or whatever that is supposed to be, no idea. That's where the theory falls apart but it's also the one I've heard the least about with regards to rumors.

I'm REALLY hoping the merch ties in well. So far, so good, but was very disappointed by the merch last year, and the multiple incohesive themes. I miss the theme-specific pint glasses from 32 and 31, and unfortunately last year's one pint glass I found that was event specific, the artwork just... wasn't it.

I’m sorry but that doesn’t mean anything. Till last year I’ll say no way would we get every original house in a week, well look at us know Meaning thing change year to year.

It'll probably be the original houses as that's what happened last year after the Spooky Empire panel, and that approach clearly got a positive reception. So it makes total sense they'd do it again.
