I don't know if it's being discussed in another thread but for Bad Boys: Ride Or Die was a freakin' blast. Probably the best time I've had at the movies in years.

3 episodes in, Clipped on FX keeps getting better. A scripted drama based on the LA Clippers owner who had racist remarks leaked in the middle of the team's first appearance in the playoffs, touches on racism, fame, sports and wealth in his country. Laurence Fishburne is great as Doc Rivers, the heart of the show, and Ed "Al Bundy" O'Neil is unrecognizable for at least half of the premiere as Donald Sterling. On a par with American Crime Story, well worth a watch.

This is cool. I use to go to SDCC every year and I got to see the Hall-H 2019 MCU panel. That was really exciting.

With the roadmap for Marvel Studios uncertain on dates for 2026 + beyond; makes sense to dive into things for the roadmap from 2026 to 2028 (like the Marvel Phase 3 rollout that was announced in 2014).

If Marvel is going to announce part of the slate post Secret Wars, I am going to guess one of the films for 2027 post SW or 2028 will be Thor 5.

Regardless of something being filler or not you should NEVER fast forward through something. That's just dumb lol. If you don't like it just don't watch it

Rip to one of the best to ever do it. Everyone watch The Last Detail and then watch Days of Thunder to get a sense of this dude's range. Worked on everything from Chinatown to Heaven Can Wait to Mission Impossible to Mad Men.

Interesting to see where this goes from here. One pro listed for a Skydance/Paramount combo over Sony was the potential to grow via further acquisitions. This reddit post breaks down the possibilities even further:

This is the best option for both Paramount and the industry. Happy it happened.

Shelley Duvall, Robert Altman Protege and Tormented Wife in ‘The Shining,’ Dies at 75

The versatile actress, also memorable in 'McCabe & Mrs. Miller,' 'Nashville,' 'Popeye' and '3 Women,' produced TV series for kids as well.

This really hurts.

Obviously folks are going to know her from The Shining but she's also legendary for her work with 70s director Robert Altman. Highly recommend everyone here watch her epic comedy-drama NASHVILLE. It's 3 hours long and you won't feel a single minute.
