The coaster looks really good, I love how graceful it looks during the maneuvers.

Also, I can't help but notice the lack of comments about motion sickness. I know that was a concern of folks when this was being built and all, but I had a feeling it wasn't going to be much of an issue with the combination of the spinning being controlled, and it's outside which gives folks a better point of reference on where they are. Compare that to an indoor coaster (such as Cosmic Rewind's early years) which can wreck havoc on someone due to the lack of knowing just which way they are.

Yes. You have to wear them though. They can’t be anywhere else.

Anyone know if they are continuing to have team member previews, or were they only happening yesterday?

yeah, I’m going to be there later this week. My hopes aren’t high, but It would be pretty terrible seeing it open just days after I was there.

Regarding F&F, the cracked screen shield glass was caused by an external impact, not by a structural issue. In other words, the structure is stable, with no problems related to bending or shear forces. The most likely cause is that someone accidentally dropped an object, such as a phone, onto the glass, causing it to crack. The damaged glass is being replaced, and the ride would probably expected to open according to the planned schedule.

Many members already rode F&F. They mention that the ride has really interesting forces and backward launch and rotation inversion moment. But many of them still have preferred velocicoaster yet mention that this ride is arguably the best coaster in california.

Not dizzy like a spinning ride. I’m sure people will get sick but if you are concerned about spinning nausea I don’t think this will cause that

Yesterday, I’ve have got invited to TEA’s industry meeting. And met bunch of universal creatives and engineers friend from ush, WDI peoples. There was lots of important and unexpected discussions I have engaged, heard some interesting stories. I’ll post things I heard as time goes on.

Regarding F&F, an engineer who is currently working on the ride confirmed to me that the cracked screen shield glass was caused by an external impact, not by a structural issue. In other words, the structure is stable, with no problems related to bending or shear forces. The most likely cause is that someone accidentally dropped an object, such as a phone, onto the glass, causing it to crack. The damaged glass is being replaced, and the ride is still expected to open according to the planned schedule.

Many of creatives and USH relative members in that event already rode F&F. They mention that the ride has really interesting forces and backward launch and rotation inversion moment. But many of them still have preferred velocicoaster yet mention that the ride is arguably the best coaster in california.

If was looking from the outside, I would be so dam confused on whats going on and why we don't have a date yet but its USH

This is just how they want to do things, they just had people on the ride and if they don't have a date ready then very confused how it was safe for the 1,000 of people who went on it but can't give us a date.

Since there is no news front there, what are people thinking the lines will be like on a daily basses?
I assume it will be 90 mins at the lowest and 150 mins (2 and a half hours) for until the off season on Average. Not saying their won't be some slow weekdays but most days that is my guess

The rides been safe. That’s why it was approved to operate by the state. It’s not open for other reasons which we all don’t know.

I just can't wait for someone to quit or be fired and we can get the full story on the coaster, its just bamusing. As someone who see's how they treat information for Fan Fest, HHN and general park updates like security at this point it just can't surprise me but would love to know what it could if its safe, what could hold you back from opening your major ride of 2026. Its either super interesting or something in legal thats ridiculous

(Also on the note of Universal with Info...still nothing official about Resident Evil at Horror Unleashed....once again would love to know the reasons behind all this)

This is also a very crummy time for them to announce an opening date. Going to be very challenging to break through this week and weekend given the holiday.

Universal reading this be like "Ooooohhhh shoot we forgot to set an opening date! My bad G! Let's open the ride next Tuesday."

But seriously though, it's not as simple as we would like for it to be. As KlownznSkullz already mentioned, it's signed off and ready to go, but there are likely some technical hiccups that still need to be sorted out.

This is what I'm confused on, its good enough for TM's and Video previews and the ride seems to be working 100% but also they can't get it work I guess for long enough to open the ride to the public

Like I said I'm interested to hear the full story once someone isn't apart of Universal any more can spill the beans on when USH thought it would open when they announced the ride and how many times it was pushed back after that
