I'm hearing non stop Radio Ads for this ride hahaha I wonder if they pre paid for them all awhile ago, when this was supposed to be open. Idk the point of doing ads for a ride with no opening date. Just gonna make people mad when they show up and its not open yet.

I think you answered your own question -- they prepaid for ad space. I'm seeing billboards all over the place, too.

Scaffolding has been mostly removed from the mid course break run. There is still a portion of scaffolding that is located towards the entry into the mid course. Watch this story by on Instagram before it disappears.

Now that's curious. Looks like they know virtual queue isn't going to cut it.

I do want to point out its kind of crazy we lost two buildings but the Q for this still would need the plaza

Also since the Plaza is mostly used for Halloween and Grinhmas, I wonder if they would do more Virtual Q then if they lines got too long

Going to be miserable if you have to wait in that plaza queue during the day with no shade.:worried:

I do agree that it's a little baffling.

My guess is they know that whatever virtual queue infrastructure they currently have isn't ready for the crush of demand this attraction will instantly generate. The switchbacks in the plaza are likely a stopgap solution until they can spin up a more robust and dependable virtual queue system.

I'm sure it'll settle down with time like all new things. I don't recall the last time I've seen SNW and Pets' virtual queues find use.

Granted, this is the park’s first and only major coaster, but I don’t think the lines will ever call for using the Plaza again once this summer is done. I foresee this as a Hagrid’s situation where lines will still be healthy.

Very minor point, but I visited today later this afternoon this post went up, and all the extended queue was already taken down.

Probably training? Or maybe experimenting with extended queue setups?

Yep. Dry run for what it looks like/how to put it together for when they're actually ready to deploy.
