Epic Universe Ticketing Info, Advice, & Speculation

Disney just dropped a new Canadian resident rate offer on park tickets:

Hopefully UOR gets their butts in gears and announces something similar (or anything at all!)

That says a lot about the lack of Canadian guests these past months.

Stupidly we held off on booking our 2nd Epic ticket (for tomorrow) as the weather has been so wet.

Went to book yesterday and we we’re having issues with the app trying to book for any date.

The hotel ticket desk is now saying everything is sold out for the next week.

I get the Universal has been busy with the lawsuit but....it's October and multi-day, multi-park tickets for IOA,US, Epic still isn't available...i know you can buy through the package but this is kind of ridiculous compared to Disney ticketing...

Bizarre. I know they want to push vacation packages, but holding out 3 months out is bizarre... especially with WDW tickets now online through the end of 2026.

No, they usually go on sale earlier, but ever since Epic they've been holding onto sales til October for some reason.

I bought my October 2025 ticket package in October of 2024, so i assume we'll see 2026 packages drop in the next two weeks.

You would think they would at least sell 1-Day tickets and then increase if they're seeing demand?

I think they're overcomplicating all of this.

...and...what's probably mucking up their future Epic ticket policy....is that Epic continues to have heavy opening tech issues, that
leads to too long lines. That's in addition to the lack of attraction capacity. There's no way they can allow high 20's to 40,000
guests in the park while these issues persist. It's a problem that hasn't lessened, and even gotten worse on a couple attractions.
I don't see how they can add Epic to the Annual Passes at this point in time. And, if they don't, there'll probably be a ton of AP
non renewals. They're kind of cornered with no good way out.

While park admission tickets for 2026 have not yet been released, I encourage you to stay tuned to our official website at www.UniversalOrlando.com for more information! I do not have an exact release date to provide, however ticket sales for 2026 should be available as we approach the holiday season.

We know that waits generally fall after about 6 or 7pm, so give APs access after 4pm (assuming closes stick with 8-10pm) with no Express perk for Premier to further minimize the operational impact. I don’t know if they have the ability to do park reservations, but if they need to really limit it, I would imagine their ticketing system can handle limiting APs to once per week or whatever. And of course I would expect some blockouts on all but Premier. I love the park and seriously wish my AP allowed me to just go and vibe after dark every so often and grab a snack or dinner (just give me a plate of the Oak & Star mango bread and I’ll be happy). I’d maybe ride Monsters and Stardust, and I get the impression that would be the case for a sizable chunk of local APs with this park.

That's actually a good idea, that would be helpful, as long as they keep the park open late. Not sure if they'll keep that up. There's a few days in November they close early (but maybe they're private party buyouts?). ....Touring is different at Epic than the other parks in Orlando, except for AK. Seems most everyone shows up at opening, tires out around 6 or 7, and then leaves. Which results in some comfortable late nights.
