Though not in the league of the very excellent new version of Little Mermaid, this is nonetheless, a very good production, even better than I expected. First of all, they did a really nice job converting what was a very plain Cars show theater that had sparse uncomfortable seating. There's now a full theater of comfortable theater seats. It looks like it's fairly high capacity .
....Secondly, the area in front of the very hot, though umbrella shaded, queue has some very interesting huge signage/scenes. But they do jam a ton of people in the herd corral type outdoor queue.
....A big crowd both times we went. Every seat filled. The theater is now quite attractive and very colorful.
...The actual show has lots of glitter and vibrant colors. The animation, lighting & projections, and there's lots of it, are absolutely beautiful in person. The Villains are all done well. Good music, dancing, and villainous theatrics. And....I really enjoyed the storyline, as the Villains just kept coming and coming.
They were everywhere, in costume or that very vibrant colorful animation.
...And some real nice special effects. What appeared to be snow or water bubbles had a surprise effect. If you would burst a falling bubble, a vapor/gas/smoke came out of the busted bubble.
...This is a darn good entertaining show, and a huge improvement over what was there before.
