In a case like this, it's best to expect nothing and be pleasantly surprised if they do announce a house. While it would make sense to announce a major property to sell tickets, it's never a guarantee they will announce something. Last year was a fantastic example as The Weeknd seemed like a shoe-in for an early announcement...but it never happened since EW had an exclusive interview/announcement with it. That's something that could very well happen again with a big IP, so you have to keep that in mind.
Now something which could possibly happen is the announcement of dates and single ticket sales, as this is around the timeframe they'll announce those. It's never a guarantee of course, but this is the time you want to keep an eye out for them.
