There's three people who outrank Patrick and Charles. Lara, I believe, has been with Universal the longest of the three.

Not too much earlier. Typically May/June. Talks this year are already bigger than usual though.

Not sure about average, but if I was a betting man, I'd put the over/under for max posted wait time at 3 hours for Ghostbusters/Stranger Things, probably 2 hours for other front of the park houses, 90 minutes for the back.

They have not. The night AFTER opening has been cancelled before, but not opening.
