If i'm just relaxing at the park, do we think I-4 will be able to be heard or no? I seriously hope not.

Yeah, I wondered about that... the tall slide thingy behind the Volcano. Not sure what to think

Looking at it closer that may be part of the 'watercoaster'...but recalling the pieces on the Wet N Wild lot has me thinking this might be their Hydromagnetic Rocket, not the Mammoth.

I'd wager that they'll have the BGM of the park in certain areas amped up to combat the sounds of I-4. Perhaps that's crazy; but considering how loud USH jacks up it's audio, I don't see it impossible.

Personally curious, are they going to have dual loading for the HydroMAGNETIC ROCKET? I'm curious about that as it could help capacity (but who knows, I can be wrong).

Hmm... it was originally a 6 person raft. The expansion was to be an 8 person LIM. It's a water park, what do I know other than what I knew.

There is a 6 person raft ride, as well.

They should name that slide cool runnings. Theme it as a tropical island olympic bobsled course.

Are you referring to the Proslide family mammoth raft ride or a hydromagnetic mammoth?

I believe it is a hybrid. Might be a custom build.

No I don't believe so. From what I can tell it's a funnel/saucer combo.

Oh, that thing... that was supposed to go in the upper right hand corner, next to the temporary Turkey Lake entrance. Is it still going there?

Hydromagnetic are the watercoasters that use LIM technology.

If its one of those hybrids, that's cool and all but not the same as the watercoasters. There's a reason that for the past decade or so the top ranked waterpark rides have been uphill watercoasters....they're the roller coaster of the waterpark industry.

I liked it but then after realized this was their advertised resort artwork...which is probably pretty accurate,(at least amount of slides and whatnot, not necessarily proper placement or colors) so my comment has merit.

I'm sure ill still 'like' the park...I just expect more since we've heard this is supposed to be one of the most expensive waterparks ever built.

But it's not. Notice the lack of black, orange, yellow slides? Things are shifted around and whatnot. It's just a general look - only meant to convey idea and general location.

I just know that at one time it was LIM and Proslide. I don't have a clue about what those two words mean in detailed fan hype.

Just to show the popularity of water coasters, here are the Golden Ticket winners since 2004:

Master Blaster (Schlitterbahn)
2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009

Wildebeest (Splashin Safari)
2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015

Best new waterpark rides:

Black Anaconda (Noah's Ark)
2005
Mammoth (Splashin Safari)
2012

I have ridden all of these and can attest to their awesomeness.

They are VERY popular.

Gotcha. Well anything on their website labeled hydromagnetic uses the LIM system. They really are some of the most exciting and longest water rides.
