They said Universal Blvd, not sure if its new which is why I added the ?

Not sure if its still in front of Fast and Furious, because I would have just said that if thats where it was

Edit: It looks like it did move because the decision Hub area is the Bog scarezone

I believe Universal Blvd is the stretch from behind New York Street up to the Decision Hub past Dreamworks Theater, so I think they just moved it like 5 yards away from where it was last year to give room for the bog.
Gonna be kinda interesting having Fortnite+Hackerz+Crowz+Bog scrunched into that one strip of the park, but I guess we can't complain about having denser scarezone coverage for once.

They will probably use Dream Works Theater for either…

A) A large break room for the scareactors and/or…

B) A space for meet and greets, at least in the queue and preshow rooms.

That would be cool, to use it for some meet and greet space but I assume its for breaks

Also where are the new props going to go? The Wicked meeting area? The Baby Crow will also need space around there

Update the Baby Bird and New Props for this zone are inbetween the two front stores where the delorean was (also the delorean is on the tram where the Loin estate signs are)
