Okay that looks neat. Just no flame effect yet.

fwiw, the arrow on the apollo statue is now 'lit' as in it has fire at the arrow head and fire from those water towers (like Luna's) as well.

It's driving me nuts not being able to buy tickets for early 2026. Flights right now for me are awesome the week we want to go and same for resort pricing. Park tickets are what is holding me back from booking everything.

Epic’s biggest flaw will be rainy days. Everything stops except the carousel, Mario Kart, Ministry, and Monsters. And three of those four have experienced downtime over the first few days. I can’t imagine a day where it rains and two or three of those rides go down. They will probably have frustrated guests those days.

Do it! By the time ticket info is released you should still be in your refund window for everything else (not that I think there’ll be a problem with tickets).

Wait times over the last couple days have been fascinating to watch. IIRC Mine-Cart Madness was hitting around 80 minutes fairly quickly during early entry in previews, and so far today it peaked at...35. Ministry was also 60 minutes or less after 3pm yesterday and I just can't wrap my head around that.

Saw that standard once-per-ride Express is $300 a day, which is exactly how it should be imo. Make it mega expensive so it doesn't impact standby too badly glares at Disney

Yes....Plus no reason to buy Express while the capacity is capped so low. Most of the attractions are very short lines, with an occasional early day spike with Mario & Mine Cart, but even they drop after the initial rush. . Even Ministry is clocking in at half an hour towards the end of the day.

Me too....Guessing it all depends on if they can get their target attendance. If they don't, perhaps they'll accelerate whatever internal schedule they have to add Epic to AP. At this point in time, I have no idea.

If the crowds continue are like this come December that would be amazing (and yes I know it’s unrealistic and capacity will be increased. Just wishful thinking on my part.)

Is it worth buying single day tickets 6 months out? Or wait to see if anything changes regarding AP accessibility.

Agreed, this is fascinating. Also, I need to figure it out before my day on Friday.

I feel like someone who has been on one particular ride over one hundred times (*cough* saint.piss) should offer some tips maybe?

For one, you could ride Monsters a ton of times like she did. It's rarely been over 10 minutes line the past three days. Probably best to stay away from Nintendo early, since that's when their lines are the longest, and that's not even too bad. Nintendo line times decrease pretty soon after the opening crowd. Wait until later in the day to do Ministry since their lines have been decreasing as the day wears on. Most everything else in the parks are really short lines. Seems like Epic is an easy tour as long as this capacity limit is sooooo low.....That capacity ceiling is too good to be true....but it is.

I know they limited capacity but is everything supposedly being a walk-on, on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND cause for worry? Trying very hard to avoid going off on a political rant here.

The waits today were more significant. Manageable, but not terrible from the looks of things. Not sure if more people were using their one day for Epic in a multi-day ticket or what.

As I mentioned on the ticket thread.....guests at the hotels were saying on FB that tickets for Epic were available at the hotel ticket desks, even though they weren't available on the Universal internet site. So perhaps that has something to do with the slightly more traffic for attractions on Sunday as opposed to the previous three days.

The irony should not be lost that Florida is the current admin's main base of support...and they're intentionally harming the state's main economic engine.
