The pizza I had there (cheese) was dreadful. Very watery and runny with a bit of an odd crust. Was told that this was due to the type of cheese they chose to use bc we weren’t going to eat it. As I was standing there, two other people were complaining about the exact same pizza. Management said people aren’t used to that type of cheese.

The pepperoni pizza looked good from what I saw fwiw.

Was able to attend yesterday and did stardust at night. Fun coaster (IMO doesnt hold a candle to VC but to each their own). The biggest issue was at night about 50% of people couldnt re-open their lockers because the lighting is so bad at night in the locker area. We unfortunately had to have a TM help us and they were so overworked because of how many lockers they had to manually unlock. They did say they were working on it. Also Yellow side >>>>>>>>> Green side.

In this case I think it’s the stracciatella adding a creamy tangy flavor

But like I said, this is too fancy for most kids. A kids menu could be helpful

Probably the stracciatella, i could see them easily removing that for an easy neapolitan pizza.

It was indeed the stracciatella that the manager specifically mentioned.

That makes sense. Simply offering a Neapolitan pizza without it would solve 90% of the issues. Stocking low-moisture, full milk shredded mozzarella would solve the kids problem. DO IT UNIVERSAL!

Wild! People aren’t used to that down there?!

That’s the best kind when we get nice, fired, Italian style pizza out here. :sob:

I’m sure NY style pizza is the most popular variety to eat here.

Plus with Orlando being so tourist heavy that’s a lot of different palates to accommodate for.

I’m gonna need everyone to eat it and love it, don’t let universal get rid of it until I can enjoy it one day in the park :lmao:

Yea I definitely appreciate their pizza offerings, just want them to also add a kids menu version with less going on is all.

Can’t wait to try the mushroom one next time. Looks amazing.

I got a Nonnarosa yesterday (second time) and enjoyed it. The cheese is kind of a cross between fresh mozzarella and ricotta. It’s not the expected cheese for most people but it was delicious (as was the brownie)

Ahh I get it it now. Generally I find the pizza places up here that incorporate stracciatella cheese, they still also usually have fresh mozzarella on the pie as well.

Looks perfectly cooked though!

Being weird I had the Chicken Alfredo at Pizza Moon ... and OMG It was incredible (So far the only dud meal I had was at the Oak & Star - the sausage casing was inedible)

Good news! You can now order the pepperoni without pepperoni, and you get a plain regular cheese pizza! And it’s good!
