Perhaps they're holding May inventory mostly for packages.

I hate saying this, but this is one of the silliest/messiest ways to release tickets. I personally can care less since I have an AP ticket for the first day and plan on going to previews. But knowing someone who's an avid fan of the parks like me not able to go the first week is disappointing.

They unfortunately had to cancel hotels/travel/etc. If May tickets were not gonna be available... just let people know in advance.

I'm all for controlled measures and limiting capacity, but randomly dropping tickets at 6AM on a Thursday with no advanced warning is not the way to do it.

I’m on mobile but only seeing 3 day packages available. Am I doing anything wrong? I clicked from the banner too

I just noticed my banner doesn’t say single day tickets. It says “one day at…” I wonder if it wasn’t updated for mobile?

You may have to change the default ticket filter. I believe it's on the right-hand side under the banner.

I also checked a popular authorized seller website and they only have June 1st onward available as well.

Technically they are available just not financially convenient (or wanted if you don't want to visit the other parks). To your general point I get what you mean, I'm sure other people were planning for it too.

I don't recall any availability for May when buying AP tickets a month ago either. 2nd week of June and up were all available.

Takes a while to load, it loads month by month. You can get to December by scrolling down.

This is actually pretty interesting to see that it's still lower than Magic Kingdom. I'll have to compare prices for our week - our Epic tickets were $144 each in the 3rd week of September.

I gotta tell ya though - I was completely blindsided this morning. Tickets I guess released at 6? I woke up for work at 6:15, got ready, sat down and opened up Instagram. First post I saw was about Epic tickets. I said "welp, guess I'm doing this now." :lmao:

I just got my tickets for June!! Im so excited!!! I have a bit of a dumb question, but i just wanna make sure lol. So I bought the two day package starting on June 5th. Will I be able to go to Epic on the first day my ticket starts, and then UO/IOA on the second day? Do I have to go to the original park first, or is that just for AP?

May is gone.

But that doesn't add up. Tix were live at 6 and people said they were gone in minutes. I'd understand opening day, but all May? Doesn't make sense to me.

Well it's still available for the multi day pass. And the park doesn't open till May 22 so most of the month would not be available anyways

Wondering if it was because hotel sales are low that decided to dump early

Early? I think it's pretty late in the season. I was expecting tickets as early as Dec of last year.

No...

Also want to add from the Press Release:

Other add-on products for Universal Epic Universe, including Universal Express Passes, VIP Tours and more, will go on sale soon.

And yes, they're starting the new tickets from June 1st. So May didn't sell out, it was just never available unless getting a ticket package.
