It's on a track like Forbidden Journey, so it's gonna be windy and possibly twisty feeling despite panning parallel to the scenes/action, as IIRC I believe the cars on the tracks -themselves- can rotate independently.
Add in what belloq said about Rise of Resistance escape pod drop for how some instances might feel, and we might have some interesting lifts and falls in store!

In The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe, guests will experience fourteen wand magic locations, including an “adventure to discover the Philosopher’s Stone” and interacting with magical creatures such as a Niffler or Demiguise.

You're telling me I can cast my patronus? stopppp this is so fun! Dang, they were probably going to get me with the new wand designs anyways, but especially knowing they added some new features? This is such a cool idea. And a clever way to get families to buy more than one wand. My husband and I bought one years ago that we bring with and share if we want to do the interactive stuff, but we're 1) competitive and 2) different houses, so this is incentive to get two different new wands lol

Just had this conversation with my siblings.
Nintendo power-up bands cost $40
Current interactive wands $65 - $75

Could these push $100 seeing as how they're going to do both (what power-up bands do for Nintendo and app link + current wands)? Me thinks yes.

Yes but won’t offer the new effects for the window.

There's only 4 of the 2nd Gen right now. They didn't clarify but I believe they will be a mix.
