I'm looking for help to know if my current plan for USJ works for my needs or if I should switch the order I plan to go to attractions.

In the US parks I have the AAP but I'm looking at requirements for assistance at USJ and it's extreme confusing what is needed if someone is not from Japan. Therefore, I am not counting on being able to use the disability support and will need to manage the lines on my own. My plan for the park is to prioritize specific attractions and I will most likely not be there for a full day. JAWs/Amity is my absolute must for the day, so if I can't do anything else, this would be the one thing I would do. I have been considering the express pass, but there don't seem to be any options that include only and/or all of the rides I am interested in, so I'd be paying a large amount of money for things I don't want to do without even getting the ones that I DO want to do. I will be using single rider on everything that it is available on.

My current plan is:

- aim to get there around opening to avoid the large before-opening crowds
- Hollywood Dream - the Ride
- Space Fantasy-the Ride (maybe)
- Jaws
- Amityville
- Waterworld show
- explore the rest of the park at will/ride other things only if the wait/line is doable for me
- buy lots of USJ Nanoblock from the stores :)

Mainly I'm wondering if I should go straight to Jaws as that is my absolutely priority, but I'm afraid if I do that the lines for the other two rides I want might build up too much for me to do. Also, I will NOT even be attempting the Nintendo area. I lasted appx. 10 minutes in the land in the Hollywood Park before having to completely leave the full park due to the overload. I sadly still had lots of things there I didn't get to do because of it (including Waterworld :/)

If anyone is familiar with the ride wait times/traffic patterns in the Japan park I'd be very thankful for any feedback!

It really depends on when you're going. But from someone who's been to the park multiple times, I would highly recommend hitting up Hollywood Dream/Space Fantasy first. Besides Nintendo, those are the most popular/busiest rides at the park. With Jaws they have an amazing single rider line which is usually only a 5-10 minute wait. You'll be able to ride it multiple times if you want to. Can't really comment about WaterWorld since I've only watched the Hollywood version but I'm sure you'll be able to get it done. For you I would say do this: Enter the park at opening (you have to be there really early, an hour or two beforehand) >>>>> Hollywood Dream >>>>> Space Fantasy >>>>> Jaws >>>>> WaterWorld. You can definitely get all that done by the afternoon

Thanks! That confirms the ride order I was thinking, and your experience with the Jaws single-rider makes me more comfortable with leaving it until after the other two.
