TBH looks pretty lame. The rare Jurassic park character meet and greets are cool but that’s about it.

I think it's a cute means to get people to spend just a little more time in the Lower Lot during Fan Fest Nights and a nice distraction while it lasts, but it does feel half-baked due to the nature of the experience not being a full on walkthrough.

Hoping the nighttime lighting makes this area look better.

For a slapped together last minute replacement to fill the gap left by the empty UBE - its about as good as one could have hoped for. I kept my expectations low and I'm pretty pleased with how the final result looks. Like a much better themed version of the One Piece fan zone from last year, and in a location that isn't going to cause bottlenecks.

From what I can see on X, it looks like the characters are pretty open. Wonder if they'll get cordoned off with specific lines during Fan Fest.

Eh it’s about what I expected for something like this. It’s evilly a glorified meet and greet. It’s fine for what it is.

I do hope we’ll get a more substantial JP walkthrough for next year’s FFN.

FWIW, I've been told this is possibly a one-off soft opening run.

That's what I was told too--that it was only going to be open today because they had to operate it to qualify as a "Legacy Experience".

With this now open for one day, it should be clear for it to be announced for FFN relatively quick.

The original intention was for this to be FFN exclusive, but due to certain “complications”, Universal has to open this now.

It will be running during FFN, but due to the “complications”, it’s opening earlier as a result. I don’t know if they’re gonna keep it open from here on till once FFN ends, but it is opening.

*points to the post above yours*

Looking at it further--in the context of Fanzones and similar to what was done with One Piece last year, this is actually a really good step forward. The scale of the land space they have ontop of the range of characters for M&G purposes is actually good, and the show element with the Raptors and INGEN is also pretty great. It is missing some teeth though for new dinosaurs, and I'm hoping that's just a case of it being over a month too early.

I just got back pretty much a 10/10 for me

The actors they have for the 4 characters meeting. Dennis, John H, Dr Woo and Ian M are all amazing and fun to talk to

They had the baby Raptor, Dolores walking around as well

Juliet The Triceratops has a mini show and all the sets and photo ops are really cool up close

The High light of this is the Raptor show which has two Raptors...that get to knock down the actors trying to stop them leading to a moment where we all help the trainers stop the two Raptors

Its all very fun and also going on the Jurassic ride and meeting Blue....man do I wish they could find space for a mini version of this in the park...I'd love more Jurassic in the park

I loved it, not for everyone but whatever I'm excited for this at night time for fan fest and think most people will enjoy this...its like a mini BTTF attraction and I think the team did a great job and went to the front and told them what I liked about it and more things like this in the park would be a win

Like if Major Movie summer could get 2 or three of these mini kind events then I think that would be a huge win for the park
