Correct. But, I was comparing the Universal Value to a much more expensive Disney Moderate. Almost the same size. And All-Star is only 260 sq ft !!! The national average for a hotel room in the US is 325 sq ft

Disney Moderate is a luxury hotel price with a Holiday Inn roomCorrect. But, I was comparing the Universal Value to a much more expensive Disney Moderate. Almost the same size.
That's an impressively sized room for the price and location (plus having UOR hotel perks). It was always going to be a value and on the smaller side, but compare this to a Disney value or even a moderate and it's a damn steal. If you're complaining about this hotel, you obviously aren't their target demographic.
It has color on the ceiling;-) I think it looks fresh, love it.That's an impressively sized room for the price and location (plus having UOR hotel perks). EDIT:
My only negative thoughts on the rooms is, very similar to Aventura, the lack of color on the walls.
No argument there, I wholeheartedly agree. All of my points , bottom line, are that WDW hotels are way overpriced compared to Universal. ....And WDW locations are not as advantageous, in most cases.Disney Moderate is a luxury hotel price with a Holiday Inn room![]()

Something that has been bugging me, in pictures that grey looks like concrete and as if they forgot to paint the rest of the building.
How does it look in person Brian?
Which grey?
The outside of the blocks, alongside the orange and blue.
Ah.
Looks fine to me.![]()
they had somewhat altered the original artist conception design some time ago.The pool looks a lot of less vaginay from the ground.
Something something O’keeffe joke something something.they had somewhat altered the original artist conception design some time ago.
So was reading today that guests staying at ES are not permitted to use other onsite pools and vice versa. Any confirmation on that?

With VB now, I don’t know why you’d want to.
It’s always been a nice perk but I just found it to be a little pointless.
