It's definitely one of the funnest rides out there. So far, there has never been a time when I would go on it and not be entertained and excited.

Seeing how active this thread still is, is a testament of how truly kick-ass this ride is! Went on it again recently and it's mind-blowing how fast paced this ride is. Nonstop action! Definitely my favorite ride at USF.

I know, just look at the Antarctica thread.

I can't wait to ride this in January!

OK, remember how when this 1st soft opened, & it seemed to me the screens werent as "bright" as I thought they could be, especially during the outdoor street scenes, & theorized that they possibly were running the projectors in a low brightness mode to make them last longer, until the grand opening? Well I just recently rode, & could SWEAR that the screens are now brighter, & the video looks better than ever. Ya'll will probabaly just say Im just imagining things, & you may be right, but thats what I experienced this past weekend.

& on another note regrading physical effects- ever since the grand opening, I havent felt the heat effect when Megatron fires his missile, now its just wind. I hope they didnt permanately get rid of the heat for that effect, thats what made it "believeable" & awesome.

& I do love the wind effects, however there is one area where it doesnt make sense. Its the scene with Megatron & Optimus "Cowards run, heros FIGHT!/Your war, is with me!" Well, your RV according to the screen & reality is just sitting still, yet there are fans blowing on you. You should only feel wind if your "supposed" to be moving/speeding/flying etc, or feeling effects coming from an object or charater, such as the wind-sucking Devastator & so on. Not a big deal, just something I thought about.

But this is my favorite USF ride for sure, & am SOOO glad where past the "When's it gonna open, I wanna ride already!!!" stage.

I definitely had that every time I rode last week, I thought it was amongst the coolest effects on the ride. Not sure how you've not had it recently

^ Well as I said, I was hoping when I rode it was just an "off" day, as I rode several times with no heat, so good to hear its still there!

I believe the wind effect is supposed to be there because it's meant to make you feel like you're really on top of a skyscraper.

I went on it multiple times today. The screens for certain outside scenes seemed a bit darker than they were for the grand opening. The smoke effect for when you're in the high rise construction site still isn't working.

Yea, the wind on that scene is supposed to be simulating the wind that would occur when you're on top of a skyscraper.

Well I got to ride this today and I loved it. A lot more action packed and cool than Spider-Man. Great job Uni (:

Had the chance to ride it recently, having rode the Hollywood version a few times i'm able to make a few comparisons. The façade on USF's definitely feels more Transformer-ish (for obvious reasons). But I do prefer the queue in Hollywood, the rooms are a bit bigger and the long tunnels give a better sense of going into a secure military installation. The ride experiences are pretty much dead on identical. It's a great ride on either coast and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

The queue is without a doubt better in Hollywood but we just had to have that Transformers shop  Also the projectors are different here but otherwise identical.

The entire street has been ripped up in front of Transformers on the gift shop/entry side. Looks to be a offseason repair project for the road and possibly utilities before HHN starts.

I don't usually bring a camera to HHN anyway, so that will help.
