Disney is preparing more and more for the SoCal park to reopen..when..this is something to note.

They're turning the tram route. Into a walkway.

Makes sense, I mean Disneyland alone is the 4th biggest employer in California as a whole.

So if Parks do open what are the chances USH gets a maze or two open? If Florida can do it safely wonder if we will get it out on the west coast

Also its kinda insane the parks are going to be opening this year in CA....for sure thought they would just push back until next year but looking like they may really open

Highly doubt USH will open its HHN mazes though, and there's no signs that Newsom has approved any set date for reopening any theme parks in this state (let's say, if he did like September 26 and stuff, people outside the L.A. Metro area might plan to go to parks around late October to early November). I think Florida reopens its parks because I guess it's Florida and its theme parks have approval from a governor who is lax about anti-COVID-19 measures unlike here.

I’m just going to say that the Christmas season is creeping up, which is a peak season. If Newsom is still being stubborn about opening in the next several weeks, I think we may see a repeat if the KI incident where one of these parks may sue to reopen.

I’ll be honest, this getting ridiculous at this point. WDW and UO are operating “safety” and even starting to move on (No longer distancing rows/increasing capacity)! It’s time.

Comcast has shown recently that they are playing nice with investors. No matter how many times fans use the argument that Comcast as a company is in a better position financially than Disney right now, that doesn't mean they're going to dish out cash to a division that's not pulling its weight.

I wouldn't expect anything new until the parks start making money again. (Not just treading water.) Not because they need the money, but because they're a big company that has many people watching over them that are ready to complain that their investments aren't being used wisely.

Robert's also said he was "really bullish" on Universal Theme Parks saying "I'm optimistic for the long term". .......Bottom line.......Taking a let's see what happens with covid for the near term is just a common sense business approach.
I wouldn't read too much into the present stance, since just about every business executive in the world is thinking the same.

Hope is nice...but I think many in Florida are still upset about the amazign third theme park that not only will be pushed back but might get big cuts too and no Nintendoland
I think everyone here hopes that by next year numbers of people in the parks are close to normal again

Considering they never announced a date ir what is supposed to be in the park, most people in Florida likely have little knowledge or concern about the third park.

It feels so weird to be angry at the governors of FL and CA for complete opposite reasons. DeSantis: please enforce mask wearing. Newsom: reopen your darn state.
