Ok, I can report that the rumor of it closing isn't what we thought. That is it for now and I can say no more.

I know for a fact that a new Stage Manager was just hired for the Sinbad show last week. That would seem like an unnecessary move for a show in talks of shutting down.

There seems to be even more to it... but what the more is... we shall have to wait and see. I would imagine the actors are stressed out at the very least.

New stage manager may portend cast changes and some alterations in the show. Possibility show is on the bubble unless attendance & guest satisfaction improve??? Once again, just guesses for conversation purposes.

Well this person has a pretty successful resume in other areas of the resort, so perhaps they are looking to mix it up and breathe new life into an often overlooked area that needs a boost to stay relevant?

I got this scoop on this last night, and all I can say is that this is more than just a new stage manager. If you liked the shows in Diagon Alley, you should consider Sindbad in good hands...

This is awesome news. I forget the guys name who directs but this is good news. Hopefully they also give Aiello the script.

Sinbad has a ridiculous amount of potential, I mean that set is phenomenal and those costumes are killer. With a good script and a lot of love it could easily destroy water world as the best stunt show ever. My hopes are high

I agree that it does have lots of potential. But that corny amateurish script really needs to be completely changed. With a good script that could be a killer show.

Hopefully, changes come and they come soon. This is a show that has been pretty awful for a very long time.

I really don't think it's that bad. I know its a completely different show but I'd rather watch this than 'Lights Motors Action'.

Looks like a redo of Sinbad is all but confirmed according to the audition website.

Universal Orlando® is seeking Male and Female Stunt Performers to dive into action as they walk a fine line between fiction and reality. Our Stunt Performers are constantly pushing the limits as they get the crowd pumped up in the following adrenaline filled show: The Eighth Voyage of Sindbad® Stunt Show.
We are currently seeking all roles for this show. Stage combat, sword work and diving experience a plus. Seeking newly added skills of Parkour and the following Martial Arts forms - Cappoeira, Tae Kwon Do, MMA and other martial arts forms adaptable for stage combat.
