Also not an original post of mine, but from Klasodeth at our Terminator Files forum, is his find of a site with images of the miniature set used in Terminator 2 3D:

http://www.creativeconceptsent.com/?page_id=26&album=18&gallery=58

"The site for a studio that made miniature sets for T2:3D. They have a nice 3-page gallery that shows off a lot of the ruins. They also have photos of some full-size props, HK miniatures, and what I assume to be maquettes for the T-1000000."

Do you know what happened to the mini-hunter that Arnold used in the actual film? I'm hoping that's still in storage somewhere...

If it's true, then it's in Thomas Tewoort's collection:

The plan is to visit him sometime this year, so I will ask him more about it when I'm there.

Hmm. I wonder if it's made of metal. There used to be a few hanging from the gift shop, but those looked a bit cheap.

Still wouldn't mind having one though.

Edit: Looks like someone is selling them here:

I know where you can buy the kit. You still have to paint it etc yourself.

If you're intestered let me know. You can negotiate about the price yourself.

Jon (or anyone else), are you still interested in more info about that screen used mini hunter? I'm going to visit Thomas this Saturday (if the weather allows me). If you have questions, post them here or mail me so I can aks your questions to Thomas.
