I wonder what other cast members they will have besides The Rock and probably Vin Diesel.

Maybe they will have Tyrese screaming at you for no reason on the tram monitors like Brendan Frasier on Revenge of the Mummy in Orlando.

It has to be more immersive than kong. There's no way they leave it the same because in a few short years, compared to what's being done In Orlando, Kong if already showing it's age. I know that's weird to say but I felt much more immersed and the screens felt much more convincing on Gringotts than they ever have on Kong. Especially If you sit on the outside of the tram.... If you sit on the inside of the tram, Kong is a much better experience I will admit. But yes, I would have to hope and believe that Universal will make this one much much more immersive based off of what I've seen in Orlando.

I don't think it will be just screens. The showroom is massive.

agreed that I think there might be something more than screens in that room... I actauly am happy that it won't just be all-out CGI like Kong and that Practical effects are being used during production and You can't go wrong with having The Rock in a Ride like this.

We had an article up a while back, and we're also pretty sure it won't just be screens alone.

When I said I hope it's not just screens, I meant the main show building. I'm confident there'll be other segments with more than just projections, since the ride building has multiple parts to it. But I'm curious if the main show building will have more than just projections.

Thierry Coup was at a set of F&F 7 Which Michelle rodriguez was there. and she had Mo-cap things on her face (Face Dots, things she wore that we're red, yellow and at sections of the pants and Shirt and head.. F&F Supercharged possibly getting some bits from the re-shoots. Which would make some sense..

I could see a real live helicopter on a Kuka arm above us as part of the main room. I can't really think of any possibilities for physical effects in there.

I'm not sure if this will prove to be a hint or not, but the entire screen will be "U" shaped. Look closely at the large show building the next time you pass by.

Of course the ride is being built with a U-shaped screen. What do you expect from a company like U-niversal?

I apologize for that joke.

Looking at the "U" Shaped screen and what would be the pathway of the Tram there is some noticeable distance on both sides, even more so than Kong. Since the "floor" looks to be above ground level they could theoretically take the "Cars on a Stick" concept from Extreme Close-up and place in here. Have the Cars sitting below and then raise them next to the Tram once the action begins. I know people don't like screens but having physical props and the 3D screens serving as a backdrop seems like a nice way to mix things up and from the look of it it seems they are taking that route.

Maybe F&F is gonna take a hint out of Gringotts' book and be modeled after the final scene in that ride, which has a very large surround screen and then the ride vehicle goes through the screen at the end, so maybe the same will happen with F&F and it's U shaped screen? Enter through the opening of the "U" exit out of a hidden door at the end of the U?

Pretty much what I said :P haha

I hope the screens will be TALL enough in that guests on the sides of the trams don't see the tops of the screens unless they look really high up.

Mhm! And it's at the END of the entire tour!!! AND gonna be more complicated than Kong!

In my opinion, the best way to fix this, is to provide a Return Ticket for a special Express Tram to F&F for those who couldn't go through F&F during the regular tour.
