Yesterday Earthquake with all effects was working

Still not going to the Dino/cars area....but whenever I look to the turn where the tram had the incident it looks fixed....do we know why they are still not taking trams down the hill?

Investigation, avoidance, basically ….no clue

Speaking of 60th Anniversary merch in Citywalk, you can also find the Studio Tour Glamor Tram popcorn bucket at the Studio Store & smaller giftshop filled with the "family friendly" IP merch (minions, hello Kitty, gabbys dollhouse, etc).

In this particular "wing" of the Citywalk Studio Store, is where the bulk of 60th merch is located, along with a tiny bit of Monsters, Jurassic, Felix, & Woody merch too..


I stopped by Citywalk the other day because I was enticed by snack (you'll find a photo/post soon). But I noticed JAWS got some extra love for the 60th with new merch

Swimshorts: $50 or $60(?)



Pink Long-sleeved Double-sided Tshirt: $50 (bought it)



Lightweight Kawaii/anime button-down: $50 (also bought it)

Finally got to do Earthquake today. Never again am I waiting two hours for the Tour. Good grief.

The only noticeable changes are the sound effects, the hydrogen truck, the new paint job, and the smoother-running effects. It's overall the same, but glad to see it get refreshed. It's good to have it back....but not worth waiting two hours for.

Also, they skipped the picture cars area still.

I'll be at the park on Tuesday, not a chance in hell am I going this weekend with the heat advisory. Not that Tuesday will be much cooler, but at least less crowded (hopefully)

The new photo-ops for the 60th is honestly my ONLY motivation to venture up to the park. There was no way I was going in July/August. Plus I figured I better get my photos before the guests ruin it lol

Noticed new merch items while at the park last week...

^This pullover hoodie. It's like a silky thick nylon type material. It was nice & different from the traditional hoodie sweatshirt material.


Two new JAWS hats. Bucket & baseball style. The bucket hat has a mini shark fin on top, the regular hat has a "shark bite" taken out of the bill. Both hats are $30. Not going to lie, I ALMOST bought one of them.

I wore that new JAWS Kawaii anime button-down to the park & EVERYONE loved it. I kept getting so many compliments on it from guests & TMs. I was just like "...its available in the Citywalk Studio Store.."

Apparently, there has been even more new merch put out since I went. Including CFTBL stuff. Keep an eye out. USH is trying to drain our bank accounts one way or another before HHN.

I just have an idea. If Twisters becomes a huge hit, I would love to see it replace Fast and Furious: Supercharged or the King Kong 3D attractions cause we need little to no 3D attractions on the Studio Tour. Build a soundstage and create an attraction similar to the Twister attraction at USF. Enter through it like you're in Oklahoma at night, with all the wind and special effects going crazy in the building. One can dream though.
