Pretty much, I can't think of any that are deep enough to allow diving.

A portion of Portofino's is 5', but that's certainly not deep enough for diving.

I want to say that coronado springs at disney has a section that is 6' or maybe deeper. Not diving depth though, if that was the question.

Pools at Disney (and I assume Universal too) tend to keep the pools a bit more on the shallow end so as to not encourage diving. A pool doesn't have to be deep to be fun.

The Beach/Yacht Club lazy river goes to about 8' I believe. I'll make sure to double check while I'm there this weekend
